CCD couriers are the worst. A non existent SAPO is just as good

Standard bank, gave CCD a bank card to deliver. They make first call to arrange for delivery, saying the drivers are already out, we can deliver tomorrow. On the delivery day, they say we are at your premises come out, I came outside, they were never there. Then they claim they called me and I did not answer, another lie. Only for them to send a request for me to call them back the next day, again drivers are out, I will escalate, till today I am still waiting.
