CCD Couriers are pathetic!
My credit card was supposed to be delivered on 29/03/2018 between 8:00 and 12:00. Right before 12:00 I received an SMS saying that they are "experiencing delays" and will be in touch. When they phoned again they said that they could not deliver because my address was incomplete, even though I gave them my EXACT address and verified it for them on google maps. They agreed that they had the address.
My card was then supposed to be delivered today, 04/04/2018 before 12:00 and AGAIN I received the same SMS saying they are experiencing delays. I phoned their call centre and was on the phone with them for over 5 minutes while they tried to contact the driver. They could not get hold of him and said they will get back to me. This is pathetic service!!!
