CCD Couriers are horrible at service delivery!!

CCD COURIERS IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS. They collected my vehicle registration certificate from the bank and have failed to deliver for almost 3 weeks. When calling them, passing security checks and confirming the address on record, they refuse to deliver and insist that "I HAVE TO CALL THE BANK" to rectify the cell number on record. Spoke to a supervisor, also not able to think out of the box and assist a client by calling the bank.... Horrible service Nomusa and Tshepiso!!!!
