CCD Couriers and Rain

Bought rain package for unlimited wifi last week Monday and the guy from rain assured me that by Friday Il receive my package latest. CCD Couriers called me Friday to say they have received my package and can only deliver Monday and yesterday I waited and waited for them. I'm self employed so I had to cancel my day and movements for them and CCD Courier agents called yesterday to say that they can't deliver my package as they just also received it now for 2nd time and that they can only deliver today. Then today I canceled my day again and their agents call me again today to day me they won't deliver my package because iv been telling them Im not available in the house and they calling to check if Im back home. I'm very ****ed with this sort of service and objecting lies on my character. Twice I waited for them and now they call to tell iv been telling them I'm unavailable and they have been login quiries that I'm not available for delivery. While truth is they haven't been having drivers coming to my side in Katlehong. Even the lady confirmed to me that they don't have any delivery guys on my side. Then why log in a quiry and plug lies about me while iv been waiting two days while you know for fact that u can't deliver because u don't have delivery man in my area which is definitely not my problem because I payed full fee For R499 and now she says they can deliver tomorrow after 12 it's the same story they first lady and that guy from yesterday said and again tomorrow Il have to cancel my day and wait upon them. This is so unfair now iv even reach the part where I'm even opting to go from here in Katlehong to Fourways to pick up this package myself. This is so extremely bad. But above all please don't lie and say I said things while I didn't..i thought the calls where being recorded. But now I have records of their calls on my phone.
