CCD Couriers and Rain

I received message on 3 May from CCD Couriers stating that they have receipt of my parcel, my new Rain WiFi router. I received quite a few messages since then, confirming delivery for 10th May betwern 8-10am. YET, today, on the day, at 8h15am,, i received a call from CCD couriers stating that they're unable to deliver because they do not have my parcel. i am so angry because theymust have known, atleast yesterday, that delivery would not happen today, yet i continued to receive messages confirming delivery this morning. i urgently need the WiFi router as i work from home but now I will only receive it next week. that is almost 2 weeks. Rdiculous service. Why Rain uses them, i dont know!!! I am so angry!!!
