CCD Couriers and FNB are a disgrace to their respective industries

Sadly 0 stars is not an option. I am waiting for delivery of a bank card from FNB. Last week I confirmed my address with their call centre. Delivery was promised on Monday - their courier called but was clearly at the wrong address. He gave me a street number but didn't know what street he was on; he hung up on me. Yesterday I confirmed my address again with their call centre. Today I got a call from their courier - he as in a different suburb (km's away) and unsurprisingly) couldn't find the address! (The Courier Guy has delivered 2 parcels to me in the last 2 days - no phone calls, no getting 'lost' - just arrived). This must be the absolute worst courier company ever! How on earth do banks trust them to deliver high-risk bank payment cards?
