CCD COURIERS A DISGRACE

Your service is put it in the nicest way possible, totally pathetic and non existant.

I have contacted your call centre today after receiving a second message advising that delivery was unsuccessful, when I have had someone sitting at the delivery address for 4 days waiting for the delivery of this card. I spoke to Karabo who committed that the card was out on delivery, very apologetically and promised to contact the driver and phone back within 30 minutes. Needless to say no call was received and no missed calls and surprise surprise no card received either

Tonight I receive another message:

FNB :-) CCD Couriers were not able to deliver your FNB Premier Cheque Card due to your unavailability .Call ********** 028 With Ref FRB******* to re-schedule . Delivery fees may apply .FNB-div of FRB Ltd.

UNAVAILIBITY – Were you even here to deliver, why was the cell number or the third parties cell phone number called.

This is totally unacceptable…….

I expect a call from CCD management explaining this and I expect delivery of my card by no later than the 11th of January 2019.
