CCD Couriers
Poor customer care as they can't deliver your parcel without postponing a couple of weeks. Drivers don't phone the owner of parcels. Only the consultants can phone you with no attempts by the actual driver making it impossible tò reach owners parcel. If you phone their call centre they even take too long to get hold of you until your airtime is exhausted. To me it seems they started a business with no passion.

05 Oct 2023, 02:43A parcel that was to be delivered within 5 working days takes 5 working weeks instead. CCD continues fooling people by always postponing and making apologies but continue not to deliver. Today is end of week 5, i am expecting them to come with another story and apologize as usual .
