Ccd couriers

Rain send me my Sim card. First they dit not meet there delivery appointment on the 26th September between 8 &10. No communication nothing. I hade to follow-up on it. Then the next appointment, they don't tack e-toll ore there clients (rain) invoices for proof of recedens. This is just not right.
