CCD Couriers

2 Days ago my delivery was scheduled for between 08h00 - 10h00. Just before 10 they phoned me and asked if we can schedule it for 10h00 - 12h00. I've phoned the office asking them what is happening with my parcel at 11h45. Half an hour later no one phoned back. I phoned them again, stating that the delivery guy's cell phones goes over to voice mail. They did escalate my problem, and will come back shortly. Another half hour passed and still waiting for them to contact me. I decided to go have a look on hellopeter to see what other people are saying about them. What a disaster. How can this courier company still be in business?
