CCD Couriers

<p>CCD Couriers is the dedicated courier for First National Bank but if First National Bank should know how bad their service is and how unprofessional their systems are, then they might reconcider.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am an accountant and bank with FNB and receive credit cards for my self and on others behalf often. CCD Couriers initially had my wrong contact details, after numorous reminders of the CORRECT details via me personally and my personal banker. Cards are delayed in delivery and i have received over 4 phone calls with regards to other random people's cards who i have no relation to or am even close to in location. I phoned one of the credit card contact people personally and just informed them that their credit card is floating around to random people and I am not confident that the card will be received at all. Today and CCD courier phoned me to just confirm where my clinic is situated as they need to deliver my card, i then informed him that i dont work at an clinic and the card is not for me, after explaining he then said again "But Mam I just want to confirm where your clinic is situated for delivery".......wow i am shocked at their service.</p> <p>They customer information service is definitely out of date and unprofessional. I despise dealing with them and whish FNB will choose another service provider for their deliveries.</p>
