CCD couriers
<p>Open a cheuque account almost a month ago still have not received an account number from FNB but receiving sms's to make a deposit into my FNB account .....really! when i open the account iold the consultant that I just moved the new address about a month ago i dont have a prrof residence for this address i have a copy of lease agreement and and invoice from my landlord i was toold thats is fine as long the lease is in my name ... i received email from FNB with documentation to complete and email bank to them... CCD courier arrved a few day s late courier refused documentation and left . I called CCD they wanted a copy of my landlords ID...... iasked why they said FNB requires this .... how now!!!!! After logging an call again on FNB website i get two second miss call from CCD ... called back giving the same **** story FNB wants my landlords ID.... I was then told to stay at home they deliver my card tomorrow to verify my address, i said i wont as CCD or FNB will pay salary for sitting at home .... POOR SERVICE FROM FNB AND CCD COURIERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

Documents required:
Proof of residence - your lease agreement with contains the information of both yourself and the landlord, rental address, rental period and signatures of both parties.
Identification - your green bar-coded or smart ID card
Kindly have clear copies of both documents available upon delivery together with the originals for verification purposes.
