CCD Couriers

Experienced the worst service today from one of the courier from CCD Couriers. Ordered a WiFi router with MWeb and was supposed to get it today the 28th of July. At exactly 11:27 I received a call from *** and the the time I wanted to answer the phone dropped. I waited a few minutes waiting for the person to call again which never happened. I then called back the number and was told that it was the courier and he will call back to confirm delivery. At 13:00 I called again and only now I’m told that the courier said since I never answered, he returned with my router. My question is why call a person once and not try again? So you only call once and that’s it? If you say you were by my house then why didnt I see the car outside as I was outside washing my car? Now I’m being told that the delivery option is greyed out on the system and they not sure when my router will be delivered. I need my router ASAP please. Reference CVXIS183562
