CCD couriers

Delivery was scheduled between 08:00am and 12:00pm. Its is 15:45pm amd the call centre advise s that the courier driver wad at the gate. I did not receive any call or notification that the delivery was at the gate. Over 20 calls later, none of the call centre agents are able to track the driver let alome the package. Poor pathetic service and a major inconvenience as I had to sit and wait the entire day for a delivery that is yet to arrive. The call centre is *********** to assist.
