CCD COURIER/RMB PRIVATE BANK BAD EXPERIENCE

Well i never thought i would ever write a negative review for this company. I am very disappointed. I was supposed to receive my RMB PRIVATE BANK CHEQUE Last week on the 25th of February, but i ended up not getting it because they had captured wrong address and took my card to Eastern Cape while it was meant to be delivered in Limpopo, Tzaneen. Okay later that day they called me and we rectified the issue of address and rescheduled, they confirmed that my card will be delivered on the 1st of March which was yesterday, i stayed at home the whole day waiting for the call from the courier guy, but nobody called me until 16:00. Okay i decided to make a follow-up and called them to query/track my parcel only to be told that the card will arrive on Wednesday which is Tomorrow, it was all good. Okay today in the morning i received an sms confirming that my card will be delivered on the 03/03/2021, which was also good but then recently not even 5 hours after i have received the confirmation someone called me and asked me to rearrange the delivery because they are experiencing high volume, at this point i was very angry and i didn't arrange any delivery i told the person that i can't wait any longer, this is second week, i have to leave, i have a very important business trip hence i want to use my black card, i was told that the matter will be escalated to the relevant department and someone will call me, i don't know how long will this take, i need someone to call me before the end of today and tell me that my card will be delivered tomorrow. Just do the right thing, if you experience the high volume, i would like to be part of that volume, i mean i can't wait more than 2 weeks for a card that i am paying R499 every month, it drives me crazy. Bring my card.
