CCD Courier SUCK
They called and set up a date and time. Guess what, after staying home the entire day just to be sure I did not miss them they are a NO SHOW. Call Center seemed not to care and just made excuses and then asked to reschedule. Based on all the negative reviews I'm surprised NEDBANK still do business with them. When all you have to do is deliver/collect how difficult can it be. Why even bother with the date and time, they not going to pitch anyway

04 May 2023, 11:21So an arrangement was made by yourselves to deliver my cards between 2pm and 5pm yesterday, ONLY 1 card delivered whist there should have been 2. Both cards were from the same bank. First thing this morning I queried this with NEDBANK who said that their records show BOTH cards were delivered. CCD Couriers have ZERO clue as to what is going on. The driver who delivered the cards insisted on taking a photo of my ID front and back - this poses a massive security problem for me. They now have all the information on my ID so they could sell this to anyone who is looking to make a *****ulent copy of my ID. Come on NEDBANK use THE COURIER GUY rather.
