CCD COURIER SLOWER THAN A MILLIPEDE

I've been waiting fir my rain parcel since the 17th June.Yesterday I couldn't receive my parcel,and when I tried to reschedule delivery this morning (I called them) they are fully booked and can only deliver on Monday next week.

This is the 1st time I've come across such delinquency! When I complained to them,they insist that they cannot deliver before Monday 3rd July.

I told them to send the parcel back to rain,now they claim that I am unreachable. That's the email they sent me 5 mins after our last conversation this morning. I SUPPOSE THEY WILL REPORT BACK TO RAIN THAT THEY COULDN'T DELIVER BECAUSE THEY CANNOT REACH ME!

I will never use CCD. The other couriers take maximum of 2 days for local deliveries.I can only kust imagine how long they would take to deliver if I was in another province.

It is not true that CCD Couriers private rep**** me. I do not have any response from them since my review at 16:13 Yesterday to this moment. This is confirmation of the business ethics they have. As I also pre-empted that they will convey a different message to the supplier than what actually happened.

That I am dissapointed in the stunts (that they responded privately,whilst they never did),is an understatement.

CCD actually called me Yesterday and with no apology,they rescheduled my delivery for Thursday (this morning)

I'm excited to say,this time they delivered the parcel o time with no excuses or delays.Im happy that they redeemed themselves. If only they could do it right first time.
