CCD COURIER service is very poor

I placed an order for a Rain 101 router and 2 simcards and i was told that my delivery would be within 3-5 days. The second day i got buzzed by them and they sent me a link and when i opened the link to re-schedule my delivery it suggested that i should expect my delivery after 12pm and i normally leave my Dc latest at 09h00am and i made the rain consultant that i can only accept my delivery in person from 07h30 until 09h00am. I was promised to use the router for free before the 1st and CCD courier wants to deliver my package after 10 days.
