Ccd courier service is unacceptable

I am very frustrated about the ccd service. First I booked a delivery service date and only to be told on Saturday that the delivery was not booked. Secondly, the delivery guy gets here today, thr package has someone else's name. My package has to be scheduled for another day. 5 minutes after talking to the courier guy, I receive a message that I need to meet with the driver to pick up my package. Why am I being sent automated messages when the package is incorrect. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Now I have to cancel all my appointments again so that ccd can deliver my parcel.
