CCD Courier Service can't deliver

It's been a very long time since I have experienced such pathetic service. Courier made no attempt to find my home address and cost me three days of work. To add injury to insult, I was told that the driver was already on his way back and was in Pretoria. I enquired if my cards would be taken directly to their Office in Fourways and I was assured that it was. I informed them that I would personally collect my cards from their Office driving from Bela Bela . On arriving at their Office, I was told that the driver had not yet reach Pretoria and that I would have to wait. So, I am still waiting...real pathetic service...
