Ccd courier rude consultant

Their consultants are the worst to deal with and they are very Rude!!! I work for a financial institution and it's a shame we have to deal with courier companies like ccd. I knw personally understand why my customers get frustrated about the card delivery service .

I am going to make it a point that the bank I work for discontinued working and partnering with them and partner with a courier company that priorities customers service!!!!!!! I hate giving bad service and treating customers unfairly therefore I will not accept Any bad service towards me.
