CCD courier not honoring their promise to deliver my FNB premier Card
CCD couriers have made arrangement with me on three different occasion to deliver my FNB premier Card. On three occasion they failed to arrive. They also failed to make a call to tell me that their not coming. I had to call them all the time to ask them whats happening... its two weeks now... i still havent recieved my FNB card. Shocking shocking service.
THeir call centre staff also have bad costumer relation and horrible attitude.
Please assist me to get my card
