CCD - - courier company that does not deliver!

<p>I fail to understand how a courier company cannot find your address! isnt that your core business? </p> <p> </p> <p>My absa card was suppose to be delivered within 3-5 working days. On the 5th day CCD contacts me for the first time to arrange delivery (13 days later). A time was set for between 8-10am. Nothing! no call, no communication.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been on hold thrice, and the call was "dropped". The last call the person I spoke to told me the driver could not find the house??? and they are not sure when they can deliver??? Really? Absa drop this company! check the other reviews on this site! </p>
