CCD Courier - bottom of the list
Received a message to say package being delivered on Monday. Get SMS to say your package is nearly here - get your ID ready - I stand on the road like an idiot, then wait for another 2 hours (till past 5pm) and no delivery. then says I was not home - complained on Tuesday - customer service emails don't even go through, only to be called on Thursday (4 days later) to say will be delivered within 5 working days.. USELESS. why?

04 Nov 2024, 08:30The CCD team responded and delivered my package professionally and on time (within a one-hour window as agreed). Communication was good—it should have been like this from the start—lesson learnt. I can't change the star rating up.
