CCD = Completely Clueless Distributors

I have dealt with many courier companies and this one must be THE VERY WORST! ABSA have chosen them to deliver credit cards and they are rude and keep lying. They tell ABSA, "We cannot get hold of the client" yet I spoke with the rude woman twice. Then they tell ABSA "He refuses to answer his phone" - I work as a trainer, I cannot stop my training to answer your calls! Send an email, send an SMS, why keep phoning...!? In the past ABSA used DSV couriers to deliver the cards - they are professional - why is ABSA going backwards?
