CCD bad customer experience

The courier company that expects you to be home for 5 days while waiting for a parcel. The first question I get asked is will I be available personally to receive my parcel or will someone accept it on my behalf...... After a couple times of going on repeat mode that it is impossible for me to know if I will be available if I have no idea when to expect the parcel, the phone gets hung up. I call back, same story. This time I get a cheeky remark because I don't know who will be at my house. How could I possibly know who will be where if a time or date is not specified.

Now possibly I heard the person wrong, maybe I was rude and deserved such treatment but judging from the comments I think we al know where the communication issue is.
