CCD are USELESS! Why does FNB keep using them??

<p>CCD couries are hopeless. They think the people they deliver stuff to as their emeny, not their client.</p> <p> </p> <p>What I don't understand is why FNB (and Standard bank by the look of other CCD complaints) keep using a service provided that is annoying so many of their customers???</p> <p> </p> <p>FNB have done wonders with their service levels, but then let the entire effort down by using CCD.</p> <p>As an FNB client, I blame FNB for not reacting to so many client complaints on Hello Peter about CCD. Time you made a stance and fired them FNB or else risk losing your loyal customers. CCD must be cheap, but they are costing you in the long term.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
