CCD are PATHETIC

Firstly agent calls me quite rude and clearly irritated hating her job which means she has to call me... then proceeds to tell me that I must wait a week for delivery of my card as I'm out of their way my route is not convenient. Are you serious!!! You get paid a service by banks yet treat people like this. I tell her that date is too long sorry I would like it sooner or I will collect it myself please... she proceeds to tell me take it or leave it and hangs up!!! Disgusting DISGUSTING SERVICE AND YOUR STAFF ARE SHOCKING! I want my card tomorrow or I will go to the police saying its theft seeing your call centre agent refused for me to collect my OWN card.
