CCD and FNB useless

CCD and FNB couriers have yet again proved to be terrible, previously they took over a month to finally deliver my card and today over a year later it's no surprise when the failed to deliver my card , I recieved a message to say it was out for delivery, so I stayed around as to not miss them . I had plenty of work to go do but decided it's best to wait for the delivery, finally at 3:30pm I got a notification saying they minutes away and .... nothing, no call no message no nothing. This evening I receive a message saying I was unavailable , gee why does this sound so fami****, oh yes this happens every time with them because their drivers are way to slack to actually deliver the card . I refuse to deal with this again and I emplore anyone thinking of going to FNB to rather consider a different bank that uses another courier company. Absolutely useless!
