CCD and FNB a big disappointment.

When I arranged my FNB Card to be delivered to my company address, where I was available ALL DAY, apparently they made a phone call at 08h30 - which at this point I stepped away from my desk. DOES NOT MEAN I WAS NOT AVAILABLE HERE AT THE OFFICE> I then get an sms at 09h23 to say the courier is 9 minutes away, at 09h25 that a few minutes away and then again a sms to say I must phone CCD Couriers about my delivery.! I duly phone 4 times to try to get through! Wow. Anyway, then I am they attempted to deliver, which they did NOT. Confirmed with my reception and security, who were aware they were coming and to inform. Driver kept insisting he had attempted the delivery. No he did not. What a lie. Now I must wait another day or 2 for a card I already had to wait for over a week, as FNB Branches can't get their sh.t together and give you a card in branch. Nice.

To irritate me more, I get another sms now they they could not deliver due to MY unavailability. More like the Drivers not making an effort.
