CCD and as always no delivery!
CCD. and again and again. Always a failure... I have no idea such a great bank FNB is using such a cheap and horrible delivery service. Seriously guys, these guys absolutely don't know what is delivery about. I have called them yesterday twice and spoke 2 different consultants to get my card delivered because inwas away from. my work. They were absolutely not humble tondo their job and sort my delivery. They promised me to deliver will be re scheduled for next day... Now i called them and they are telling "NO THEY CAN'T DELIVER" because their delivery vehicles has been left promises. So who is fault is this now? Mine or who doesn't do their job as a consultant on the phone? Utterly disgust with this CCD guys, each time and each card delivery is a drama with them. I WANT MY CARD DELIVERED TODAY or rather dont bother. i ll use my Standard Bank or Amex in future FNB. Decision is yours
I was busy on the line and lady on the phone refused to deliver today... It is your staff members fault and i must struggle right?... No ways! This will be between FNB and CCD... I ll call. fnb to cancel all my business with them if they don't deliver this card before weekend starts... As i said it is your staffs fault not mine!
