Card not delivered for over 2 weeks
<p>I have been waiting for my ABSA cad to be delivered since 30th November. CCD have my incorrect cell details, I called both ABSA and CCD over 10 times to rectify and til now nothing has been done. I keep receiving empty promises to no avail. This is truly pathetic. </p>

This matter has been escalated to ABSA for further instruction as we cannot commit to a delivery without having the correct details available to us on our system.
For security reasons we unfortunately cannot take updated information over the phone without approval from ABSA.

Please have the following documents available upon delivery:
· Your green bar-coded ID or smart card
· A valid proof of residence in your name not older than 3 months
· Proof of income e.g 3 months’ payslips or 3 months bank statements for the months September | October | November
Please note: Original and copies requires of all documentation.

Confirmed however it is shocking that it has to resort to an official complaint before anything happens and you still arrange a delivery for 2 days later.
