Card NOT Delivered (after FULL day of calls)

This is the WORST courier company I have ever dealt with. I needed my replacement card delivered TODAY because I am travelling overseas. After being pushed from pillar to post, called by numerous clueless call centre agents, left on hold unreasonable long periods (over 20 minutes!! at a time), eventually I got a call from a gentleman in JHB saying the card will be delivered to my home by 8pm tonight. Well, you guessed it. No card arrived. I hold my bank responsible as well for giving CCD a contract.
