Card not delivered
I live in a very remote area. KNP. I ordered a new bank card and was called by CCD saying they will courier it. I explained that they wont be able to because of where i live but they laughed and arrogantly said, 'we will deliver no matter what'. After they couldnt find my location on the map they managed to find our closest lodge and said they will message me the date and time my card will be delivered. I received a message on 20 March saying my card will be delivered that day so i left work and waited, then i recieved a message saying i will recieve my card on 21st so again i took the day off work and waited. Still nothing. Clearly CCD does not value my time and have wasted 2 of my leave days and i still dont have my card.
