Card delivery
I am awaiting a I store card from standard bank. Friday I was told that I would receive it Friday, latest Monday. When I called this morning I was transferred to ccd couriers. They advised that they would try and make arrangements that I receive the card today. My details for delivery was taken and I was told someone would call me. I wasn't contacted and I called them, I was told that someone would contact me later. Then I made my third call today and was told that I will only receive the card Thursday! And I as requested to give delivery access again because it wasn't captured the first time.This is unacceptable, I would like this card to be sent tomorrow.

Your card will be dispatched to Bloemfontein tomorrow and once your card is at the CCD office the necessary delivery arrangement will be made.
