Card declined by courier company
I requested my card to be delivered to my home address. The courier brought my card on the 9th of June 2025. He took out a picture of my ID and sent it to his company, the receiver on the other side declined him from giving me my card. I don't understand why that happened when I already received my 1st card. What must I do now as most places don't accept Nedbank American Express, even online purchases that I tried to make was declined.
How is it that the same company but different drivers do things differently.

11 Jun 2025, 08:45Goodmorning. I met a lovely and friendly guy by the name of Shadrach who hand deliver my card at my door step. The was no issue and I received my package. I would like to complement him and tell him to keep up with what he is doing and remain as pleasant as he was this morning. I was not at home but he came back just for me. Thank you Shadrach and CCD couriers.
