Cant stick to schedule times!

It took this courier company 11 days to deliver a credit card to me that was supposed to have been a priority courier. They don't stick to their proposed times and i had to adapt and make myself available numerous times. They wasted my time and i would not recommend using them to anyone. Not sure if they work solely for ABSA but then that would just reinforce my bad standing with ABSA.
