Can't get a collection done.

Book for a specific time frame (10-11), driver doesn't arrive in that time frame. Doesn't call nothing to let me know they're early. Call center advises that they don't have the same slots for drivers as they do when booking collections.

So you can book a 1 hour slot, but drivers have a 2 hour slot and if you're not there they leave and don't try get hold of you.
