Can't be bothered to contact clients

So I app**** for a ABSA credit card on the 21st of March and was told that it would be delivered on the 26th of the same month. Instead I get an email from ABSA telling me that my card is now with CCD who will be contacting me shortly to drop off my card. I haven't received any form of communication so far as to when I can expect to receive my card and it's been well over two weeks by this point. I went to the bank yesterday and they told me that it might get dropped off "maybe tomorrow". I highly doubt it by this point. To say that I am saddened by the lack of service is an understatement.
