Cannot follow instruction useless Courier Company!

Utterly useless courier service. They cannot follow simple instructions and then threaten with charges because they cannot deliver because they cannot follow simple instructions. I have had 6 card deliveries with them over the last 4 years and only 1 of them was easy. I have had to go collect the other 5. I now have 1 lying by FNB that I have to go collect and 1 that they don't want to deliver to me. Has to be with my husband's ID even though I ordered the card. Utterly useless.
