"Can't get hold of you"- Total nonsence

<p>I cannot understand that this business is still operating with this kind of service. I promised myself not to use them ever again but to my shock Discovery Cards part of FNB is also using them.</p> <p>You get a call from their number but nobody talk on the other side but you can hear background notice that sound like a tea party. Then they send you a SMS to call them because you were not vailable!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Then when you want to speak to the director he is not available and does not return your calls. I also complained on their customer care e-mail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Executive members should also look at complaints on Hello Peter of there and similar companies if they want to excell</p>
