Call Centre Efficiency

I can't believe FNB persists with this company delivering their bank cards. Their call center and/or call logging are appalling. I've now had 6-8 calls from CCD Couriers over the last 2 days for the same issue. Every time they want to speak to one of my business partners for the delivery of his business credit card. The more I provide them with the correct contact details, and company delivery address, the more they phone me back wanting to speak to the same person.
