CCD Couriers is the worst courier service ever. Dont recommend them to anyone, please stay away.

06 Sept 2024, 18:29This is not the 1st time, how can your team phone me early in the week delivery will take place in 2-3days, cant tell me when they will deliver.
They told me if i can collect i can do so at Cape Town Branch in Rustdal between 8:00-16:00 the follow day,I agreed. Next day I got a call from one of the agents that my card has not yet arrived, they will give me a call and im still waiting on the call. I then gave them a call on the 06/09/2024 ( today) once again my card was not yet delivered to Cape Town Branch. This afternoon 17:40 i received a message that they unable to deliver due to them not getting hold of me, a bunch of BULL.
I need prove of your drivers showing me the call that they made to my number. Im utterly disgusted in this company.
