Blatant Dishonestly: Why FNB still works with them is beyond me

If there were negative stars, I would gladly give them that. They don’t one red star!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with CCD Courier, marked by unprofessional behaviour and blatant dishonesty. I was scheduled to receive a delivery between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Wanting to confirm the delivery was on track, I called their office at 1:00 PM, where I was assured the delivery would still arrive.

At 3:20 PM, I received a message stating the driver was just a few minutes away. Naturally, I expected the delivery shortly. However, by 3:56 PM, there was still no sign of the driver, so I called again, only to be told I had "missed the delivery." This was a blatant lie. I had my phone with me at all times.

No one called me to notify me of their arrival, nor did they attempt to access my estate. If they had genuinely shown up, security would have contacted me immediately for entry. It’s clear they never even made the effort to deliver the package and instead chose to fabricate a story.

It’s baffling that a company handling essential deliveries operates with such dishonesty and disregard for their customers’ time. If you value clear communication and reliable service, avoid CCD Courier at all costs. There’s no excuse for lying, just be honest and do the job properly. It’s hard to feel sorry when these drivers lose they jobs over lies
