Been waiting a week for delivery
I app**** for a Bidvest Card on the 8th of June 2015. I was told by the consultant at Bidvest the courier company would contact me within 3 working days to arrange for delivery of my card. Today is the 17th of June I had to phone your call centre to find out where my card is. The lady I spoke to wasn't very helpful and half way through the call was ended unexpectedly. I phoned back and spoke to a Consultant by the name of Osborn, he ensured that my card would be delivered to be on Monday the 22nd of June! This is unacceptable! Osborn ensured he would escalate my delivery time to this week which is only fair!<br> Please ensure I receive my card this week!<br>
