Been called after 17:00 and agent dropped the call

Two days in a row I have been getting calls after 17:30 and when I answer the agent dropped the call. Am waiting for my FNB cards. Why is it that am only been called after 17:00? When will I receive my cards? When are you planning on call me to arrange delivery?
