Bank Card not delivered! Given attitude when I enquired.
I spent the entire Friday waiting for my card to be delivered from Nedbank, called through several times and was given attitude. So I wasted a day waiting for a card to be delivered since morning till 4pm with no success. I could’ve opted to collect at the branch if I knew this is the ****py service I would get.

06 Dec 2024, 17:58No there’s nothing you can do, as I said I called several times and was given attitude. You can keep the card, I won’t be needing it anymore.
