Bank Card not Delivered by CCD for 3 months
In November 2023, Capitec Business Bank advised me that the bank was in the process of updating the ATM Bank card. Communication was done to the effect that CCD couriers would contact me to deliver. I reached out to CCD couriers in vain. I have seen a couple of emails which stated that they could not reach me.
I called back several times for the last 3 months. I suggested that I could pick the card from the nearest Capitec Bank, or FNB but eish, these guys do not really understand or care. The service is very deplorable. Causes great inconvenience. Given an alternative, capitec business is not the best given the partnership with CCD couriers

07 Jan 2025, 11:27CCD emails do not work "*** couldn't be delivered". The phone number *** seems to have big challenges. I can hear the representative from the call centre but he/she cannot hear me.
