Bank card delivery

I ordered a bank card with fnb it was supposed to be delivered between 8 and 10 am but no one came I contacted fnb who told me they came but I wasn't there I then contacted them and they told me the same thing I'm still waiting for them to deliver this company needs more serious employees I'm paying extra to schedule a delivery and they not on time they have no concern for anybody fnb will loose customers if they continue to use this lying company with no ethics whatsoever I even reviewed my home cctv footage to see if they came bur they just ****s definitely would never recommend to anyone I'm so furious right now I have a good mind to sue them
