Bank Card delivery

I received an sms that my cars will be delivered between 8 and 16:00. At 15:52 I receive another sms saying they are experiencing delays. 30 minutes later I received another sms claiming they were not able to deliver due to my unavailability and delivery fees may apply. Mind you, I didn’t even receive a call to say they want to deliver, after staying at home the whole day waiting for them. Bad service here.
